Ingredients
1/4cupmaple syrup
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/4cupketchup
3tbspmustard
1tbsplemon juice
2(15.5) ouncecans pinto beans or any beans of your choice
1cupchopped onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F.
In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk together. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the beans and onions.
Pour the mixture over the beans and mix together until well incorporated.
Transfer the bean mixture into a baked dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
