Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 (15.5) ounce cans pinto beans or any beans of your choice
  • 1 cup chopped onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk together. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the beans and onions.
  • Pour the mixture over the beans and mix together until well incorporated.
  • Transfer the bean mixture into a baked dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
