Ingredients

flaxseed meal
6
tbsps
warm water

cup
almond flour

granulated sugar-free sweetener
such as Lakanto's Monkfruit Sweetener
1/4
tsp
sea salt
1/4
cup
almond butter
1
tsp
vanilla extract

cup
sugar-free vegan chocolate chips
such as Lily's Dark Chocolate Keto Baking Chips
Instructions
To make the flax "egg", combine the flaxseed meal with the 6 tbsps of warm water. Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes to allow it to thicken.
In a medium size bowl, mix together the following dry ingredients: almond flour, granulated sugar-free sweetener, and sea salt.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the almond butter, the flax "egg" mixture, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix again.
Take a spoonful of cookie dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
