Super Vegan Lactation Smoothie

My super lactation smoothie recipe is great for increasing and maintaining your milk production for breastfeeding. This raw vegan low-carb recipe makes this smoothie full of healthy fats and lots of nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until you've reached a smooth consistency.

Net Carbs: 13g / per serving
