Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked Montana Gluten-Free Raw Oatmeal or any brand of quick oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder I used the Sunwarrior plant-based vanilla protein powder in this recipe
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Refrigerate overnight for breakfast the next morning.
  • Put a candle on top and blow. :)
