Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates pre-soak for at least 30 minutes if the dates are not moist
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until you've reached a smooth consistency.
  • Store in an airtight container for approximately 3 to 5 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing. Each serving is approximately 2 tablespoons of dressing.
