1cupmedjool datespre-soak for at least 30 minutes if the dates are not moist
1tablespoonchopped onions
1clovegarlic
1/4cupspicy brown mustard
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until you've reached a smooth consistency.
