Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
3ouncessugar-free granulated sugarsuch as Lakanto's Monkfruit Sugar Substitute
1/4tspsea salt
1/2 cuppeanut butter
1 1/2tbspscoconut butter
1tspvanilla extract
2tbspswhole psyllium husks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Mix together the wet ingredients to form the dough.
Roll the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on baking sheet and flatten with a fork one way and then the other to create a crisscross pattern.
